  • Who do I contact for billing issues?

    Apple handles all billing. Look for the “Report a problem” link in your receipt. This link will take you to your iTunes account from which you can report the issue to Apple for further investigation.

  • I can’t log in from iCED. How do I reset my password?

    Your iCED login account and your Murage website account are the same. If you are unable to log in from the “Settings»Add ons” page in the iCED app, you can try resetting your password on this website.

    Once you’ve reset your password, you can set your username and password in iCED in Settings > Add-Ons > Registration.

    NOTE: If you do not receive an email with the reset password link, please check your spam folder before contacting support.
